During our stay at Platan, we were amazed by the warm welcome we received upon check-in. Not only were the rooms clean and well-decorated, but we also found a refreshing fruit basket and soft drinks awaiting us. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive away from the main historical sites of the city. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options to choose from. Although there were occasional power outages, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience at Platan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was great, just outside of the city center, but still within walking distance to many attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
